For Dark Radar, ISO/IEC 27001 positions information security as part of corporate governance rather than a concern limited to product-level technology. Cyber threat intelligence activities involve customer assets, security findings, and operational information that must be managed through consistent processes, responsibilities, and risk assessments. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 defines requirements for establishing and maintaining an information security management system that addresses these organizational needs through a structured management approach.

When evaluating a cybersecurity provider, enterprise customers consider more than technical capabilities. They also need to understand how a supplier manages the information entrusted to it. Dark Radar’s TÜRKAK-accredited ISO/IEC 27001 certificate provides a formal reference showing that its information security management system has been certified against an international standard. This gives procurement and security teams a recognized basis for reviewing the company's information security management approach during vendor due diligence.

In enterprise and public-sector procurement, the certificate may be considered during security questionnaires, supplier assessments, and pre-contract reviews.
