Frequently asked questions
Executives are defined as profiles with a title and priority level. The email addresses and usernames linked to these profiles are monitored. Impersonating social media accounts opened in an executive's name can also be linked to the relevant profile.
Yes. The email addresses and usernames you add to the profile are monitored. When adding each address, you declare the person's consent.
Executive profiles define the scope. For each profile, you enter the name, title, priority level and the email addresses and usernames to monitor. The Intelligence 360 package monitors up to 5 executives.
Matching is based on the email addresses and usernames added to the profile, not on the person's name. Records of other people with the same name therefore do not appear among executive findings.
Executive findings are kept in a separate list and are visible only to your organisation's panel users. You set user access with the owner, admin, analyst and viewer roles.
The leaked account, sign-in address, malware family, infection and detection dates, and device details. Findings are grouped by executive, and each executive's latest detection date is shown.
